Shipping and delivery
The delivery times for all orders are calculated from the moment in which the order was placed, as long as the request is made before 12.00 noon from Monday to Friday (GMT +1). In the event that the order is made after the indicated time, it will begin to count from the following business day. In case of product unavailability, Two Be (2b) b.v. undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible and the order will be modified or canceled, reimbursing the Customer the corresponding amount.The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time of purchase and Two Be (2b) b.v. will do everything possible to respect the delivery terms mentioned in the Portal. However, Two Be (2b) b.v. is not responsible for delays in shipping or loss by third parties such as the transport agency, the client or unforeseeable circumstances of force majeure (we advise that upon receipt of the package it is verified that everything is in perfect state).
Shipments are free for The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. For the other countries the shipping costs are € 7.50.
Returns are at sender’s expense.
Exchanges and refunds
With our after-sales service we try to offer a quick and effective attention to our clients in order to solve any problem with our items or shipments. If you notice any damage at the time of delivery please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com. After two (2) business days after receipt of the product no claims related to transportation will be accepted. Two Be (2b) b.v. does not accept the cost of goods returned and will only accept one (1) change for another size (more or less indistinctly) of the same product purchased or of a different product, not being possible to make more than one change on the same product. If it is not possible to make the requested size change, for any reason of your own or for others, the product will be returned in exchange for the final amount paid for the product, excluding the amount paid as “Shipping”. The term of change for these products will be 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be able to be changed or accepted back, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging. In any case, when requesting a refund, only the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid as “Shipping”.
