Placing an order

Product guarantees
Customers will benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items. In the event that the article does not carry this document, it will be enough to keep the purchase invoice, complying with Law 23/2003, of July 10, of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods. Damages due to improper use or handling of the product, or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this warranty.
Right of cancelation
The User has the right to cancel the purchase made through the website www.cayucos.nl, and may return the product, in the case of not being satisfied, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from who has received the product. It is also stated that there is no right of cancelation when the execution of the order has already begun.
